Primeiro torneio europeu de VALORANT chancelado pela Riot Games, o G2 Invitational terminou neste domingo (21) com Team Mixwell soltando o grito de campeão. Na decisão, a equipe derrotou Team Draken por 2 a 0.

Coincidentemente, o confronto valendo o título ficou marcado pelo confronto entre o primeiro reforço da G2 para a modalidade, o espanhol Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas, e o fundador da organização Carlos “ocelote” Rodríguez.

RESUMO DIA 2

Team Taimou ficou com a segunda vaga direta para a semifinal do G2 Invitational de VALORANT ao terminar os confronto do Grupo B, disputados neste sábado (20), sem nenhuma derrota. O campeonato volta no domingo (21) com os confrontos do mata-mata.

O time comandado pelo finlandês Timo “Taimou” Kettunen só perdeu um mapa nas três partidas que disputou. Já Team Ex6TenZ e Team ANGE1 conquistaram as vagas referentes às quartas de final.

O primeiro dia do G2 Invitational de VALORANT chegou ao fim nesta sexta-feira (19) com Team Mixwell já se garantindo na semifinal. O torneio volta a ser disputado no sábado (20) com os confrontos válidos pelo Grupo B.

A equipe liderada pelo espanhol Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas terminou a primeira fase vencendo as três partidas que disputou pelo Grupo A, enquanto Team Draken ficou em segundo e, com isso, se classificou para as quartas de final junto com Team Zerator.

FORMATO

O G2 Invitational está marcado para começar nesta sexta-feira (19) e será disputado por oito equipes, as quais começam no campeonato divididas em dois grupos. O melhor de cada chave avança diretamente para a semifinal, enquanto os segundo e terceiros colocados vão para as quartas de final. A premiação é de € 15 mil.
